💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in providing an amazing customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll help train new recruits and support daily operations to meet sales targets. This role lets you combine your fandom knowledge with hands-on retail leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional customer service using product knowledge
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
