Description

You will work at a high-tech Inspection Center identifying and repairing cosmetic imperfections on late-model, low-mileage vehicles. Your role is critical to ensuring every car meets Carvana's high standards before reaching customers.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years professional auto body painting experience
• Valid driver's license and at least 18 years of age
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment and using safety equipment
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

Responsibilities

• Identify cosmetic imperfections and/or repairs pre-reconditioning and post-paint process
• Perform prepping, sanding, and masking of vehicles
• Match and mix paint colors using water-based paint
• Paint base coats, tri-coats, solid, metallic, and clear coats
• Blend adjacent panels and perform paint correction
