You'll own the end-to-end renewal process for customers under $10K ARR, protecting recurring revenue and ensuring seamless contract execution. Your core impact is maximizing renewal rates and reducing churn within a high-growth SaaS company. This fully remote role offers the chance to build scalable operational foundations in a Series C environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage renewals for sub-$10K ARR customer segment
- Proactively send auto-renewal reminders and engage customers
- Generate and facilitate order forms and renewal agreements
- Triage escalations with cross-functional teams
- Identify upsell opportunities and hand off to Sales
๐ Requirements
- Track record of owning retention or renewal outcomes
- Experience in Customer Success, Revenue Operations, or Renewals in SaaS
- Strong organizational skills managing multiple timelines
- Proficiency with CRM systems and billing workflows

- Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot
