You'll drive P2P platform growth and operational excellence for Binance, the world's leading crypto exchange. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage merchant ecosystems and analyze market trends in the Middle East & North Africa region.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive and manage P2P platform growth for new users and liquidity.
• Collaborate with product, risk, compliance, and local teams for operational efficiency.
• Analyze market trends, pricing, and competitive landscape across markets.
• Manage merchant ecosystem development including onboarding and performance monitoring.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in crypto exchanges, fintech, banking, or payment platforms.
• Strong understanding of fiat payment channels and on/off-ramp mechanisms.
• Data-driven approach to analyze performance metrics and drive improvements.
