Description
You will lead all aspects of dispensary operations, including team development, customer experience, inventory, compliance, and financial performance. You'll inspire a diverse team, execute company strategy, and ensure a seamless experience across in-store and omni-channel platforms, building culture and driving performance in your community.
Requirements
- 5+ years of retail management experience (POS operations required)
- Strong background in inventory control and operational execution
- Proven ability to drive results through people leadership
- Data-driven mindset with strong business acumen
- 21+ and able to meet all state compliance requirements
Responsibilities
- Full oversight of dispensary operations, compliance, security, and inventory
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and execution of promotions and local initiatives
- Ensure seamless customer journey across in-store, drive-thru, curbside, and delivery
- Build, coach, and develop high-performing leaders and team members
- Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and inclusion
