🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and deliver product initiatives from problem to production
• Design systems for product-led growth and AI-powered features
• Build rapidly, ship often, and iterate based on feedback
• Mentor engineers to adopt modern development practices

📋 Requirements

• 7 years of experience delivering customer-facing software
• Track record of leading large-scale initiatives across functions
• Strong product instincts and ability to define scope
• Experience with AI-native development tools like Claude, Cursor

• Ability to operate without dedicated PMs or designers
