🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee HUB operations and vendor performance via SLAs and KPIs
• Lead digital transformation including CRM and workflow automation
• Manage PSS budget, forecasting, and vendor contracts
• Align HUB operations with PSS field teams for seamless delivery

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years in patient support services or related operations
• Experience managing HUB vendors and specialty pharmacy relationships
• Leadership experience building and developing teams
