You will drive strategic enterprise opportunities in Switzerland, selling Couchbase's NoSQL database to Global 2000 companies. Your role involves acquiring new logos, managing pipeline, and building relationships to exceed quarterly and annual bookings objectives.
Requirements
- 8+ years of enterprise technology sales with proven quota achievement
- Experience selling professional services
- Technical sales experience in database technology preferred
- Versatile in selling through partner ecosystem within Switzerland
- Completion of MEDDIC or equivalent sales methodology training
Responsibilities
- Close business to meet or exceed quarterly and annual bookings objectives
- Acquire net new logos
- Uncover opportunity at existing accounts and establish new accounts to develop sales pipeline
- Maintain pipeline in SFDC, tracking interactions with prospects and customers
- Sell a complete solution of software, services and support to ensure customer success
