💼 About This Role

You'll develop and deliver technical training programs for IEM's medium and low voltage OEM products. You'll design training curricula and conduct sessions for internal teams and customers. This role offers the opportunity to shape product knowledge across a global organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop technical training curricula for medium/low voltage OEM products.
• Conduct instructor-led and virtual training sessions.
• Create training materials including slide decks, guides, and assessments.
• Partner with engineering and service teams to align content with current designs.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 5+ years of experience in medium/low voltage equipment, field service, or technical training.
• Strong understanding of power distribution equipment and power system concepts.
• Demonstrated experience designing and delivering technical training.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in OEM manufacturing, data center, utility, or industrial environments.
• Relevant certifications (NETA, NICET, or similar).
