💼 About This Role

You'll build and maintain the compliance infrastructure that allows our supply chain to operate in a defense environment, translating complex regulatory requirements into clear, executable processes. You'll own compliance workstreams from identification through remediation, conducting gap assessments and driving accountability across teams. This role directly partners with Procurement, Quality, and Operations to embed compliance into daily workflows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and document supply chain compliance processes and standard work.
• Translate regulatory and contractual requirements into clear, actionable workflows.
• Support audit readiness by ensuring documentation and evidence are complete.
• Identify process gaps and drive corrective actions to closure.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, operations, or compliance.
• Experience documenting processes, procedures, or controls in a structured environment.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to access to export-controlled information.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in aerospace, defense, or another regulated industry.
• Familiarity with FAR/DFARS or related compliance frameworks.
• Experience supporting audits, CPSR readiness, or internal compliance reviews.
