📋 Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design and shipped consumer products at scale.
• 12+ years of product design experience across mobile and web.
• Proven ability to own projects end-to-end from research to launch.
• Experience building and evolving design systems with engineering.

• Experience in marketplaces, fintech, mobility, or insurance.
