📋 Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree plus 4 years experience
• Entity formation and corporate governance for international subsidiaries
• Legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, Bloomberg Law, Intelligize
• Bilingual Mandarin/English and active California bar license

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Securities Act compliance
• Familiarity with OFAC sanctions lists
• Background in M&A transactions
