You'll lead consultative sales for high-value digital transformation engagements, partnering with C-level clients to drive agile and cloud transformations using Atlassian solutions. You'll orchestrate internal teams to shape tailored service proposals and manage complex sales cycles for enterprise accounts exceeding €2M.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead discovery and advisory discussions with senior stakeholders
  • Develop and execute territory plans to maximize sales opportunities
  • Pursue new business within strategic enterprise accounts
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships with C-level execs

📋 Requirements

  • 7 years of IT or professional services sales experience
  • Proven record of selling high-value consulting engagements
  • Experience with Atlassian tools or enterprise solution delivery
  • Strong strategic thinking and account planning skills

  • Fluency in German and French
