You'll lead consultative sales for high-value digital transformation engagements, partnering with C-level clients to drive agile and cloud transformations using Atlassian solutions. You'll orchestrate internal teams to shape tailored service proposals and manage complex sales cycles for enterprise accounts exceeding €2M.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead discovery and advisory discussions with senior stakeholders
- Develop and execute territory plans to maximize sales opportunities
- Pursue new business within strategic enterprise accounts
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships with C-level execs
📋 Requirements
- 7 years of IT or professional services sales experience
- Proven record of selling high-value consulting engagements
- Experience with Atlassian tools or enterprise solution delivery
- Strong strategic thinking and account planning skills

- Leadership skills to inspire and guide a team
- Fluency in German and French
