You'll source off-market residential properties, negotiate with sellers, and shape inventory for thousands of investor transactions. You'll work at a fast pace using proprietary market data to make dozens of offers each month, with unmatched income potential and team support from an in-house disposition team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Source residential properties through prospecting and inbound leads
• Build relationships with homeowners, wholesalers, and agents
• Analyze properties for investment value (ARV, repair costs, comps)
• Negotiate and secure purchase contracts with sellers

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in residential real estate or fix-and-flip
• Active real estate license or willingness to obtain
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced environment
