🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee DD, SLS, CES, and CHRP waiver services for quality and compliance
• Lead new initiatives to expand I/DD service offerings
• Manage and develop a team of program administrators
• Oversee supervision and performance of Direct Support Professionals

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of program management or director-level experience
• In-depth knowledge of Colorado I/DD services and waiver programs
• Proven experience leading and developing large distributed teams
• Experience managing residential programs under an Independent Contractor Model

• Bachelor's degree in social services or related field
• Completion of PASCO competencies and trainings
