You'll coach and develop veterinary assistants and technicians in emergency medicine at a growing ER hospital network. Your core impact is building clinical skills and confidence through tailored training and mentorship. This role combines hands-on floor training with strategic program development.

  • Partner with leadership to identify team training needs
  • Assess assistants and technicians through direct observation
  • Drive advancement through VEG's Cultivate program
  • Provide tailored, hands-on training for all learning styles

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Credentialed as veterinary technician (CVT, RVT, LVT, LVMT)
  • High level of knowledge in emergency medicine
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Associate's degree or higher in veterinary technology
  • VTS in ECC, internal medicine, or anesthesia/analgesia
  • Previous training experience
