💼 About This Role

You'll be cross-trained to support the full plant life cycle, from clone to harvest, helping to grow premium cannabis while maintaining top-quality standards. Your day-to-day will include plant care, environmental monitoring, and harvesting. You'll gain hands-on experience across the entire production cycle.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform daily plant care including cutting, rooting, transplanting, watering, feeding, trimming, staking, and pruning
• Track humidity, moisture, and temperature to maintain ideal growing conditions
• Inspect plants for leaf health, bloom size, pests, or disease
• Assist with harvest by cutting plants, trimming, weighing products, and recording inventory

📋 Requirements

• Green thumb and passion for working with plants
• High school diploma or GED
• Reliability and strong documentation skills
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly

• Knowledge of growing technologies such as lighting, irrigation, soil, and nutrients
• Hands-on experience in landscaping, horticulture, or agriculture
