You'll lead the development of Oscar's public policy strategy and manage external consultants. Your work will shape healthcare and tech policies at the federal level. This role reports to the VP, Government Affairs and offers the chance to influence healthcare policy at a leading health tech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop public policy strategies and track milestones
• Create collateral for influencing legislators and regulators
• Advise internal teams on key policy issues
• Analyze policy trends and guide strategy development

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 10+ years in federal public policy
• 7+ years of experience in healthcare policy
• 2+ years providing strategic counsel to senior executives
• 2+ years representing an organization to senior external audiences

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's or legal degree
• Experience with commercial payers or ACA plans
• Academic experience in healthcare policy
