Description
You will lead end-to-end new market entry for Seen Health's PACE model, architecting partnerships like JVs or acquisitions from thesis through execution. You'll coordinate across clinical, finance, legal, and operations teams to bring transformative senior care to underserved communities.
Requirements
- 5+ years work experience, 2+ years in healthcare corporate development, strategy, investment banking, or partnerships
- Structural expertise designing and negotiating complex partnerships or strategic agreements
- Strong ability to understand and pressure-test deal economics and financial drivers
- Advanced relationship management with proven success building trust with diverse stakeholders
- Based in Los Angeles or surrounding area
Responsibilities
- Conduct market-level research to identify key local stakeholders and anchor partners
- Design and negotiate partnership frameworks including JVs, acquisitions, or strategic alliances
- Collaborate with Finance to define deal economics and pressure-test assumptions
- Lead comprehensive expansion efforts from thesis generation to stakeholder alignment
- Serve as central hub coordinating Clinical, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams
