You'll join our Claims Tech team to build a cutting-edge Claims Management System, using Java and Spring to handle insurance claims from inception to resolution. You'll lead technical solutions, improve systems, and mentor junior engineers. This role offers real-world impact and ownership over projects in a fast-paced fintech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Enable efficient automation for tens of thousands of policies
• Execute ambiguous technical solutions with urgency
• Create and promote efficiency by improving existing solutions
• Partner with stakeholders to build and deploy functionality

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience
• Expertise in Java and Spring
• Experience with microservices systems
• Experience with system reliability issues
