๐Ÿ’ผ About This Role

You'll lead the global strategy, design, and governance of equity and executive pay programs at a Nasdaq-listed AI cloud infrastructure company. You'll ensure compensation drives a performance ownership culture and aligns leadership with long-term shareholder value. This role reports to the Director of Total Rewards and works closely with the Compensation Committee and Board.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Design global equity vehicles (RSUs, PSUs, Stock Options) and LTI structures
  • Lead executive and board compensation design and committee materials
  • Manage equity pool planning and utilization tracking
  • Establish global eligibility, leaver treatment, and promotion guidelines

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Significant experience leading global equity and executive compensation in high-growth tech environments
  • Deep technical mastery of RSUs, PSUs, stock options, and LTI design
  • Direct experience preparing and presenting materials for a Board-level Compensation Committee
  • Strong financial modelling skills regarding dilution, burn rates, and equity pool management

  • Familiarity with equity administration platforms like Computershare, Shareworks, Carta, or Fidelity
  • Proven people leadership experience managing a specialized technical team
