๐ผ About This Role
You'll lead the global strategy, design, and governance of equity and executive pay programs at a Nasdaq-listed AI cloud infrastructure company. You'll ensure compensation drives a performance ownership culture and aligns leadership with long-term shareholder value. This role reports to the Director of Total Rewards and works closely with the Compensation Committee and Board.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Design global equity vehicles (RSUs, PSUs, Stock Options) and LTI structures
- Lead executive and board compensation design and committee materials
- Manage equity pool planning and utilization tracking
- Establish global eligibility, leaver treatment, and promotion guidelines
๐ Requirements
- Significant experience leading global equity and executive compensation in high-growth tech environments
- Deep technical mastery of RSUs, PSUs, stock options, and LTI design
- Direct experience preparing and presenting materials for a Board-level Compensation Committee
- Strong financial modelling skills regarding dilution, burn rates, and equity pool management
โจ Nice to Have
- Familiarity with equity administration platforms like Computershare, Shareworks, Carta, or Fidelity
- Proven people leadership experience managing a specialized technical team
