You'll support PACE market operations by auditing participant electronic health records to ensure complete and accurate documentation. You'll identify deficiencies and facilitate corrections, monitor medical records for timely entry, and assist with regulatory audits. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct medical records audits for timely and accurate documentation
• Identify potential deficiencies and monitor corrections in the EHR
• Participate in team documentation and process improvement initiatives
• Reconcile assigned regulatory logs and complete required investigations

📋 Requirements

• Minimum two years of work experience in a healthcare setting
• Ability to interpret and apply policies and Health Information Management expertise
• Extensive MS Office suite experience and strong data gathering skills

• Associate's degree or three years of experience in lieu
• PACE experience
• Background in coding
