🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee SOX internal control testing execution
• Manage SOX compliance processes including scoping and planning
• Partner with process owners to improve control design
• Track and report deficiencies to senior management

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 10+ years of SOX experience in technology or Big 4
• Professional certification (CA, CPA, or CIA)
• Knowledge of SOX and COSO framework
