🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and drive technical strategy for Search Recommendations platform
• Lead, grow, and develop a team of software and ML engineers

📋 Requirements

• Significant experience leading engineering teams in high-scale environments
• Deep technical fluency in distributed systems, search architecture, and ML infrastructure
• Proven success leading integrated teams of software and ML engineers
• Strong applied understanding of AI-native engineering workflows
