💼 About This Role

You'll join the Customer Reliability Engineering team at Astronomer, the company behind the Astro DataOps platform powered by Apache Airflow. You'll become an Airflow expert and provide expert technical support to enterprise customers. This hybrid role in Hyderabad requires working shifts and offers exposure to data engineering, Kubernetes, and cloud engineering.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Solve challenging Airflow problems for customers
• Work on side projects like open-source contributions
• Own customer experience and meet SLAs
• Participate in on-call rotation for weekend coverage

📋 Requirements

• 4 years of experience with Python
• 1 year of experience with Kubernetes/Docker/Containers
• Experience in Airflow administration and DAG creation
• Experience with a distributed system on AWS, GCP, or Azure

• Familiarity with SQL and PostgreSQL
