🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare and manage monthly forecasts and financial performance reports
• Analyze revenue and cost drivers linked to operational KPIs
• Build financial models to assess workforce and operational decisions
• Support pricing, costing, and margin analysis for client engagements

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Business Finance or FP&A in BPO
• Strong understanding of call center KPIs (AHT, SLA, FTE, attrition)
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise
• Ability to translate operational data into financial insights

• Exposure to BI tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Experience with workforce management metrics
