Description

You will develop detailed process plans and work instructions for avionics hardware and wire harnesses, collaborate with design engineers to improve manufacturability, support build technicians during manufacturing, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. You'll play a key role in shaping the avionics architecture for the Terran R rocket.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering or related field
• 7+ years experience in manufacturing or production support for avionics hardware
• Experience with process development for wire harnesses and avionics assemblies

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed process plans, work instructions, and work orders for avionics hardware and wire harnesses
• Conduct Manufacturing Readiness Reviews (MRRs) to ensure production readiness and risk mitigation
• Collaborate with design engineers to provide Design for Manufacturability (DFM) feedback
• Support build technicians by troubleshooting issues and implementing corrective actions
• Analyze process performance and yield data to drive continuous improvement
