  • Serve as first point of contact for visitors, couriers, and guests
  • Provide calendar support for several executives
  • Assist with meeting logistics and ad hoc administrative tasks

📋 Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in office coordination or administrative assistant role
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Experience supporting C-suite or senior executives
