- Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked office environment
- Serve as first point of contact for visitors, couriers, and guests
- Provide calendar support for several executives
- Assist with meeting logistics and ad hoc administrative tasks
📋 Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in office coordination or administrative assistant role
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience supporting C-suite or senior executives
