- Support residents and homeowners with empathy and clarity
- Own cases end to end, ensuring timely resolution
- Work cross-functionally with Operations, Home Quality, Move-Ins, Engineering
- Manage multiple cases while maintaining high service standards
📋 Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in Customer Service
- Strong problem-solving skills and service-first mindset
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to quickly learn internal systems

- Experience in proptech or operations roles
- Familiarity with case management or support platforms
- Experience with rotating or weekend schedules
