You'll be the main touchpoint for residents and homeowners, navigating questions and resolving home-related situations. You'll own cases end-to-end and coordinate solutions across teams to ensure a high-quality experience. This role shapes long-term trust and belonging for our members.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Support residents and homeowners with empathy and clarity
  • Own cases end to end, ensuring timely resolution
  • Work cross-functionally with Operations, Home Quality, Move-Ins, Engineering
  • Manage multiple cases while maintaining high service standards

📋 Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in Customer Service
  • Strong problem-solving skills and service-first mindset
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to quickly learn internal systems

  • Experience in proptech or operations roles
  • Familiarity with case management or support platforms
  • Experience with rotating or weekend schedules
