You will lead high-impact research initiatives across NLP, Vision, and multimodal domains, focusing on large language models and agentic AI systems. You will combine hands-on technical work with leadership, translating breakthrough ideas into production-grade capabilities for contact center solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end research initiatives across NLP, Vision, and multimodal modeling with focus on LLM-based and agentic-AI systems
• Architect, prototype, and evaluate single-agent and multi-agent systems including planning, tool use, memory, and orchestration
• Establish best practices for safe, controllable, and scalable AI agents including evaluation frameworks, guardrails, fallback strategies, and observability
