💼 About This Role

You'll lead the finance function at Odys Aviation, building scalable systems for a pre-Series B aerospace startup. You'll own FP&A, financial modeling, and manufacturing finance for an eVTOL aircraft company deploying with partners like the US Navy. This is a hands-on operator role transitioning the company through Series B.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and maintain the integrated financial model, including operating and cash flow projections
• Build unit economics models tied to production volume and BOMs
• Manage day-to-day finance operations, including AP/AR and monthly close
• Support Series B fundraising with model updates and data room preparation

📋 Requirements

• 8-12+ years of finance experience with increasing responsibility
• Direct experience in manufacturing or hardware companies
• Strong hands-on FP&A and financial modeling background
• Experience in fast-moving startup environments

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience supporting venture-backed companies pre- and post-Series B
• Exposure to scaling production environments
• Prior experience implementing ERP or finance systems
