You'll drive process improvements using lean methodologies and data analysis, directly impacting daily deliveries to thousands of households. This is a unique chance to build a new site from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead value stream mapping and process analysis
• Develop and implement strategies to streamline workflows
• Analyze data to identify and resolve process issues
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement through lean methods

📋 Requirements

• Completed degree in engineering or supply chain management
• 5+ years experience in large warehouse operations with automation
• Practical experience in lean management and value stream design with certifications
• Fluency in English and German
