Description

You will manage a portfolio of around 150 major donors, developing and executing strategies to cultivate, solicit, and steward their support. You'll work closely with internal teams to create compelling proposals and ensure donors feel valued through personalized engagement and reporting.

Requirements

• Experience in major gift fundraising or account management.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to develop and execute donor strategies.
• Proficiency with CRM databases (Salesforce preferred).
• Knowledge of proposal development and donor stewardship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement donor contact plans to engage, renew, and upgrade existing donors.
• Create donor-specific solicitation plans based on preferences and funding interests.
• Act as first point of contact for donor queries and complaints.
• Work with MSF personnel to design and present compelling proposals.
• Develop personalized stewardship plans and provide timely updates and reports.
