You'll build strategic relationships with customers to drive adoption of DeepL's Language AI platform. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, conducting business reviews and ensuring customers achieve their desired outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to work with API users and support LATAM expansion with Spanish language skills.

  • Build long-term relationships with customers to understand their ecosystem and goals.
  • Conduct regular business reviews presenting relevant data and narratives.
  • Drive product adoption by strategically positioning DeepL products to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with account executives to identify growth and up-sell opportunities.

  • Relevant experience managing client relationships at senior levels.
  • Proven track record in customer success focusing on retention.
  • Background in sales or account management with renewals and up-sell/cross-sell.
  • Experience with APIs and working with customers integrating solutions.

  • Proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, or French.
  • Experience in the Software/SaaS industry.
