🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead hiring, training, and development of shift staff.
• Conduct quality checks on smart containers and deliver QA training.
• Monitor plant equipment and perform minor repairs.
• Manage inventory, stock control, and ordering processes.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of plant or warehouse leadership experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude for minor equipment repairs.
• Familiarity with OSHA and safety regulations.
• Ability to lift 55 lbs and push/pull carts up to 300 lbs.

• Experience with ISO or AQIS standards.
• Process improvement or Lean methodology experience.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
