💼 About This Role

You'll source debt and equity for commercial real estate transactions at Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation. You'll build relationships with developers and owners to generate origination opportunities. This role offers commission-based earning potential on top of base salary.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain relationships with developers and owners.
• Prescreen and qualify transactions before underwriting.
• Structure transactions and prepare underwriting presentations.
• Work with capital sources to secure favorable financing.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of capital markets experience.
• Ability to transfer key client relationships.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working in a large brokerage firm.
