🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain qualified shipping lanes for domestic/international transport
• Select and manage specialty couriers for cell and gene therapies
• Lead investigations of temperature excursions and implement corrective actions
• Prepare customs documents and coordinate with brokers for clearances

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Biotech/Pharma
• 5+ years in clinical logistics or GMP distribution
• Knowledge of global trade compliance and customs processes
• Experience with temperature-controlled shipping and data loggers

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with cell and gene therapy shipping
• Familiarity with FDA, EU, USDA, DEA, DOT regulations
• Experience managing courier and freight forwarder performance
