You'll work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion and mentor for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities. You'll help clients reach their full potential through personal care, companionship, and community integration. This role offers flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and a supportive team environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming)
• Accompany clients on errands and appointments
• Engage clients in favorite hobbies and activities
• Assist with meal preparation and everyday tasks

📋 Requirements

• One year experience working with I/DD individuals
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass background checks and clearances

• Experience with behavioral support
• CPR/First Aid certification
• Valid driver's license
