You'll lead hiring for critical engineering roles across a category-defining AI company. You'll shape technical recruiting strategy and build the process from scratch, partnering directly with the executive team. ๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for senior technical roles
- Build and convert pipeline directly from your network
- Partner with executive team and hiring managers to define role scope
- Sell candidates on the mission and product
- Stand up and improve the technical recruiting process
๐ Requirements
- 5-8+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
- Traceable track record placing senior engineers and AI researchers at frontier labs or scaling AI-native companies
- Active network in AI engineering and senior infra circles
- Experience as first-in recruiter at early- or high-growth-stage startup building recruiting infrastructure

- Past experience at companies that scaled rapidly during breakout phase
- Track record building technical recruiting function from scratch
- Deep technical network in India
