You'll manage company-wide engagement and learning programs for a fast-growing insurtech platform. You'll ensure practical, high-impact initiatives that strengthen culture and capability. This hands-on role allows you to shape the employee experience at a mission-driven company.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own the company-wide engagement and learning calendar.
- Plan and execute engagement programs end-to-end.
- Coordinate learning programs with stakeholders and trainers.
- Run onboarding culture sessions for new hires.
๐ Requirements
- Experience in learning & development or employee engagement roles.
- Strong execution and coordination skills for multiple programs.
- Comfort with calendars, trackers, spreadsheets, and HR systems.
- Clear communication and facilitation skills in group settings.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with LMS/HRIS platforms
- Facilitation certification
- Knowledge of insurtech industry
