  • Own the company-wide engagement and learning calendar.
  • Plan and execute engagement programs end-to-end.
  • Coordinate learning programs with stakeholders and trainers.
  • Run onboarding culture sessions for new hires.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Experience in learning & development or employee engagement roles.
  • Strong execution and coordination skills for multiple programs.
  • Comfort with calendars, trackers, spreadsheets, and HR systems.
  • Clear communication and facilitation skills in group settings.

  • Experience with LMS/HRIS platforms
  • Facilitation certification
  • Knowledge of insurtech industry
