You will support ClickHouse users and customers via chat, calls, Slack, and video meetings, handling pre- and post-sales activities, triaging tickets, and collaborating with global teams to improve support processes.

Requirements

  • Technical breadth and depth in ClickHouse or domains like SQL databases, OLAP, cloud-native SaaS, distributed systems
  • Previous technical experience in roles such as Support Engineer, Consultant, DBA, SRE, Solutions Engineer, Software Engineer, or Systems Engineer
  • Ability to work fully remote with reliable connectivity and be available for 24x7 support scheduling
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Self-driven, curious, and eager to learn and grow continuously

Responsibilities

  • Support and guide users via cases, chat, Slack, community, and meetings
  • Develop solutions for ClickHouse Cloud and open-source shared via documentation, knowledge base, blogs, meetups, webinars, and training
  • Collaborate with Support Services, Engineering, Go to Market, and Product Management teams to define required functionality
  • Mentor and share knowledge with colleagues, users, and customers
  • Deliver professional response and on-call coverage within SLAs via ticketing system, email, Slack, chat, and phone
