💼 About This Role

You'll provide hands-on technical leadership across our Ruby on Rails platform, focusing on DevOps and platform evolution. You'll guide the transition from a single-tenant to a multi-tenant architecture, while fixing broken development processes and improving reliability.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and operate Ruby on Rails services on AWS and Kubernetes
• Write clean, well-tested Rails code and set technical standards
• Partner with DevOps to improve CI/CD and operational workflows
• Mentor engineers on cloud-native development and production ownership

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years building production Ruby on Rails applications
• DevOps or platform-focused engineering experience
• Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure (EKS, EC2, RDS, etc.)
• Experience deploying applications in Kubernetes environments
