💼 About This Role

You'll build and lead an intelligence-led Cyber Security Operations function, managing security monitoring, incident response, threat hunting, and more. Your core impact is driving continuous improvement in SOC maturity and defining operational metrics. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead SOC operations including monitoring, incident response, and threat hunting
• Develop and maintain SOC roadmap, playbooks, and runbooks
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve security events
• Mentor SOC team and manage staffing and performance

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in Security Incident Response and SOC operations
• Hands-on experience with SIEM, EDR, and SOAR technologies
• Strong understanding of cyber kill chain and exploitation techniques
• Experience with scripting (e.g., Python) and multi-cloud environments

✨ Nice to Have

• IR certifications such as GCIH, GCFA, or GCFE
• Experience in microservices architecture
