💼 About This Role

You'll own production strategy and execution for Anduril's Roadrunner autonomous VTOL interceptor at our Arsenal-1 hyperscale facility. You'll rapidly scale manufacturing from prototype to full-rate production while driving a quality-first culture. This role directly shapes next-generation defense manufacturing.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own production outcomes, ramp plans, headcount, and new manufacturing lines.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Production, Supply Chain, Quality, and Manufacturing Engineering.
• Drive operational excellence through KPIs for financial, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Implement digital technologies (PLM, ERP, MES, QMS) to enable efficient scaling.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years overseeing production and test of complex electromechanical products.
• Leadership experience managing 100+ person manufacturing teams and cross-functional teams.
• Quality-first culture with accountability to standards like AS9100D.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.
• Onsite five days a week in Ashville, OH.
