You'll create short-form video content for Juniper's weight management program, producing scroll-stopping ads across Meta and YouTube. Your work will directly drive patient acquisition through rapid iteration and performance analysis.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Turn creative briefs into platform-ready short-form videos
• Produce 5-10 concept variations per brief testing hooks and pacing
• Use AI tools and editing software to assemble content efficiently
• Iterate based on performance data to improve engagement
• Maintain brand consistency across a high volume of output

📋 Requirements

• Video editing skills in Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent
• Solid understanding of short-form content for paid and organic social
• Working familiarity with AI video generation tools
• Ability to produce at speed and volume without waiting for perfect conditions
