🎯 What You'll Do

• Create and implement professional development plans for large districts
• Build relationships with district leaders, principals, and teachers
• Travel 40-60% locally to deliver training and support
• Analyze data to drive decision-making and strategize next steps

📋 Requirements

• BA/BS degree
• 5+ years delivering professional development in K-12 settings
• Experience as a school or district administrator or extensive PD to that audience
• Experience leading a district or school instructional initiative

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with IXL or similar EdTech products
• Track record of managing large-scale implementations
• Familiarity with California education standards
