You'll manage customer loyalty and adoption of Saviynt's AI-powered identity security platform, serving as the primary post-implementation point of contact for Fortune 500 clients. You'll drive value-based outcomes by analyzing product utilization trends and coordinating cross-functional teams to eliminate adoption barriers. This role offers remote flexibility with up to 50% travel to customer sites.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Serve as primary customer point of contact post-implementation.
- Manage subscription renewal pipeline and monitor customer health.
- Develop upsell/cross-sell opportunities through deep relationships.
- Coordinate meetings between customers and internal teams.
๐ Requirements
- Expert knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- Cloud, hybrid, and on-premise IT architecture experience
- Account management with Fortune 500 / Global 1000 companies
- Customer success experience in a SaaS organization
