Description

As an Auth0 Technical Account Manager, you'll serve as a trusted identity coach for a portfolio of brands, guiding their customer identity strategy and ensuring they maximize value from the Auth0 platform. You'll build relationships with technical stakeholders, conduct quarterly reviews, and proactively address risks to drive retention and growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years IT experience with Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• At least 3 years as a TAM or comparable customer-facing role, preferably in IAM.
• Native Japanese proficiency and business English skills.
• Familiarity with OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML 2.0, APIs, and HTTP.
• Customer-first mindset with problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted Identity Coach, providing technical guidance and best practices.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with stakeholders from developers to C-level execs.
• Conduct quarterly executive meetings and ad hoc technical sessions.
• Monitor customer health and proactively address risks and escalations.
• Act as a product evangelist and represent the voice of the customer.
