You'll lead a team of experienced Enterprise AEs focused on large, complex deals in the East Coast region at a $1.2B B2C CRM company. You'll own pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and team development. This is an execution-first leadership role driving up-market growth.

  • Own the team forecast and drive accountability quarter over quarter
  • Recruit and develop seasoned enterprise sellers
  • Build and execute regional enterprise strategy with leadership
  • Help team manage pipeline quality and close large deals
  • Identify skill gaps and run targeted coaching

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 4+ years managing enterprise sales teams in SaaS
  • 6+ years enterprise selling into Fortune 5000 accounts
  • Fluency in sales metrics and Salesforce
  • Experience with MEDDPICC and Command the Message

โœจ Nice to Have

  • MarTech, CRM, or e-commerce experience
  • Familiarity with AI tools
  • Working knowledge of e-commerce KPIs and CRM landscape
