You'll lead a team of experienced Enterprise AEs focused on large, complex deals in the East Coast region at a $1.2B B2C CRM company. You'll own pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and team development. This is an execution-first leadership role driving up-market growth.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own the team forecast and drive accountability quarter over quarter
- Recruit and develop seasoned enterprise sellers
- Build and execute regional enterprise strategy with leadership
- Help team manage pipeline quality and close large deals
- Identify skill gaps and run targeted coaching
๐ Requirements
- 4+ years managing enterprise sales teams in SaaS
- 6+ years enterprise selling into Fortune 5000 accounts
- Fluency in sales metrics and Salesforce
- Experience with MEDDPICC and Command the Message
โจ Nice to Have
- MarTech, CRM, or e-commerce experience
- Familiarity with AI tools
- Working knowledge of e-commerce KPIs and CRM landscape
