💼 About This Role

You'll manage a broad spectrum of regulatory, compliance, and risk issues for a global clean energy investment group. Your work will directly shape the firm's compliance framework and ESG reporting. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions to ensure regulatory adherence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deputize for Chief Compliance Legal Officer on compliance and legal projects.
• Enforce Second Line of Defence including ESG Reporting (CSRD, CSDDD).
• Manage Risk Management Framework and committee record-keeping.
• Advise on financial crime, AML, and support Investment KYC/AML.

📋 Requirements

• 5-8 years of compliance/legal experience in financial services.
• Strong knowledge of FCA Handbook and FINRA rules.
• Knowledge of European financial markets regulation like AIFMD/MiFID/MAR.
• Right to work in the UK.
